Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using www.srstool.com. By accessing or using SRS Tool, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our service.

By creating an account, accessing, or using SRS Tool ("SRS Tool"), you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and agree to comply with these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you") and Simple Review Service Management Tool, operated from Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice.

SRS Tool is a subscription-based software platform that allows business owners to:

• Generate unique QR codes linked to their business review pages
• Give customers a voluntary choice between writing a public Google review or sending private feedback to the business owner
• Receive and manage private customer feedback through a dashboard
• Track engagement analytics including Google link clicks and feedback volume

SRS Tool does not filter, gate, or manipulate reviews based on customer sentiment. The customer's choice is always free and voluntary.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Promptly update your information if it changes
• Notify us immediately at support@srstool.com of any unauthorized use of your account
• Not share your account with others or allow multiple users to access a single account (except where permitted by your plan)

We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to your account.

Free Trial: All plans include a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. After 7 days, your selected plan will begin billing automatically unless you cancel before the trial ends.

Subscription Plans:

• Base Plan: $14.99 CAD/month — 1 business location
• Pro Plan: $19.99 CAD/month — Unlimited businesses, advanced features

Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely through Stripe. SRS Tool does not store your payment card details. By subscribing, you authorize Stripe to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your billing portal or by contacting us at support@srstool.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Your access remains active until the period ends.

Price Changes: We will provide at least 30 days advance notice of any pricing changes via email.

We offer a 7-day free trial so you can evaluate SRS Tool before being charged. Because of this, we generally do not provide refunds for subscription charges after a billing cycle begins.

Exceptions: Refunds may be considered at our discretion in the following situations:

• Technical failure on our part that prevented you from using the Service during a paid period
• Accidental double-charge or billing error
• First-time charge where you forgot to cancel after the trial (evaluated case by case within 7 days of charge)

To request a refund, contact us at support@srstool.com within 7 days of the charge with your account email and reason. We will respond within 3 business days.

You agree not to use SRS Tool to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Solicit, incentivize, or pay customers for Google reviews
• Post fake or fabricated reviews on any platform
• Use the Service to harass, harm, or deceive customers
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or copy any part of the platform
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
• Use the platform for any purpose other than legitimate business reputation management

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination without refund.

SRS Tool is designed to be fully compliant with Google's review policies. Specifically, our platform:

• Does not filter or gate customers based on sentiment before they access the Google review link
• Presents the same options to every customer regardless of their likely satisfaction level
• Does not offer incentives for leaving Google reviews
• Routes customers directly to Google without interception or manipulation

However, you are solely responsible for how you use and configure the platform. SRS Tool is not responsible for any actions taken by Google or other review platforms against your business account. We make no guarantee that use of our Service will result in specific outcomes on third-party platforms.

Our collection and use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

You retain ownership of all customer feedback data submitted through your QR links. We process this data on your behalf as a data processor. You are responsible for obtaining any necessary consents from your customers regarding the collection of their feedback.

We store data on secure servers. We do not sell your data or your customers' data to third parties.

All content, features, and functionality of SRS Tool — including the software, code, design, logos, and trademarks — are owned by SRS Tool and are protected by Canadian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service during your subscription period for your legitimate business purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our platform.

Your business name, logo, and data remain your property. You grant us a limited license to display your business information within the platform as necessary to provide the Service.

SRS Tool is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times
• Results from using the Service will meet your expectations
• The Service will be compatible with all devices or software

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in partnership with Google, Stripe, or any other third-party service mentioned on this site.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SRS Tool and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of revenue, reputation, data, or business opportunities — arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months immediately preceding the claim.

You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and contacting us at support@srstool.com.

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms, if we are required to do so by law, or if continuing to provide the Service is no longer commercially viable.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. We may delete your data after 30 days following account closure.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
