1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SRS Tool at https://srstool.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you may not use the Service.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and SRS Tool ("we", "us", "our"), a business operating from Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

2. Service Description

SRS Tool is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that helps local businesses manage customer feedback. The Service provides:

  • QR code generation that directs customers to a neutral choice page
  • A private feedback inbox where customers can submit comments directly to the business owner
  • A redirect link to your Google Business Profile review page
  • A dashboard with analytics showing feedback volume, click tracking, and review trends

SRS Tool is a tool for organizing feedback collection. We do not post, manipulate, filter, or remove reviews on any third-party platform on your behalf.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a legally binding contract to use SRS Tool. By registering, you represent that you meet these requirements.

The Service is intended for use by business owners and their authorized representatives. You may not use the Service to manage reviews for a business you do not own or have explicit authorization to represent.

4. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to provide accurate and complete registration information and to keep it up to date. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false or misleading information.

You must notify us immediately at support@srstool.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use SRS Tool to:

  • Solicit, incentivize, or coerce customers to leave positive reviews
  • Suppress, filter, or prevent customers from leaving reviews based on their expected sentiment
  • Generate fake or inauthentic reviews on any platform
  • Violate the terms of service of Google or any other third-party platform
  • Harass, intimidate, or threaten customers who leave feedback
  • Engage in any activity that violates applicable Canadian or local law
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or derive source code from the Service
  • Resell or sublicense the Service without written permission

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination without refund.

6. Google Review Policy Alignment

SRS Tool is designed with the intent of aligning with Google's review policies. Our platform presents every customer with the same neutral choice between leaving a public Google review or submitting private feedback. We do not gate, filter, or route customers based on anticipated review sentiment.

However, you are solely responsible for ensuring your use of SRS Tool and your review solicitation practices comply with Google's current policies. Google's policies may change, and it is your responsibility to stay informed. We recommend reviewing Google's review policies at support.google.com regularly.

SRS Tool makes no guarantee that your use of the Service will be deemed compliant by Google. We are an independent third-party tool and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google LLC.

7. Billing & Subscriptions

SRS Tool offers paid subscription plans billed on a monthly or annual basis. Prices are displayed on the pricing page and may be updated with notice.

We offer a 7-day free trial for new accounts. No charge is applied during the trial period. Your payment method will be charged at the end of the trial unless you cancel before the trial expires.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.

All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes may be added based on your location.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details on our servers.

8. Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with SRS Tool. Our refund policy is as follows:

  • Free trial: No charge during the 7-day trial. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid any charge.
  • First month: If you are dissatisfied within the first 30 days of a paid subscription, contact us at support@srstool.com for a full refund. No questions asked.
  • After 30 days: Refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis. We do not issue refunds for partial months or unused time on annual plans after 30 days.
  • Technical issues: If the Service is unavailable for extended periods due to issues on our end, we will issue a pro-rated credit or refund for the affected period.

To request a refund, email support@srstool.com with your account email and a brief description of the issue.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, software, logos, trademarks, and materials associated with SRS Tool are the intellectual property of SRS Tool or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without written permission.

You retain ownership of all content you submit to the Service, including feedback messages and business information. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to store and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We do not guarantee any specific results from use of the Service, including increased reviews, higher ratings, or improved reputation.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SRS TOOL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

Our total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and deleting your account from the settings page, or by contacting us at support@srstool.com.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if we reasonably believe your use of the Service harms us, other users, or third parties. We will provide notice where possible.

Upon termination, your right to access the Service ends immediately. We may retain anonymized usage data for analytical purposes.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email (to the address on your account) and by posting a notice on the Service at least 14 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
